"If you truly wish to understand Hecate then you must spend three days meditating on her spheres. On the first day you must guard a three way crossroads and spend as much time there before dusk as you spend after it. On the second day you must guard the threshold of a home, and you must be there before and after dusk. On the third day you must guard the threshold of a tomb, or a place of burial, and you must spend equal time there before and after sunset."
She gives this a moment to sink in before continuing. "If you are open to her, you will find her influence in these places. Then, should she speak to you when you call, you will better understand her."
