But further musings on French and Leonisian culture will have to wait, because all of Adia's attention is now on the laboratory. It's a lot to take in, but she's surprised by how much of the equipment she recognizes. She immediately gravitates towards the microscopes, then starts examining the titration equipment, instinctively trying to puzzle out what sort of experiment is being done.
When Viatorus comments on not touching anything, she guilty snatches her hand away from where it had been hovering over some elaborate glass tubing. "Ah, it's... different, yes, but only in the sense that there's a greater variety of equipment. Do you know what this person was working on?" She looks over at the samples in jars and remarks thoughtfully, "They might want to invest in a cryogenic freezer, it would preserve their samples better..."
