That's A way of putting it. Though Adia doesn't need to hear all of the details of that party. Maybe the swinging from a chandelier part. But definitely not other bits. She's a lady, after all.
"Yeah? I'm glad you joined in then. It's a pretty big deal here in the Nexus, and I heard the kid who did the decorating is all over the holiday." He tries to picture Adia as Medusa and has to stop himself from chuckling. She'd feel so awful if she actually turned people who looked at her to stone.
