Viatorus is quick to dismiss her concerns with a happy wave of his hand. "It won't take long."
"I will leave you to it," Oraskis says then. "There are still a few friends I need to seek out." He turns to Adia with a smile and gives her arm a small squeeze. "It was a pleasure to meet you, Adia. Hopefully we'll meet again soon if we don't meet again before the night is out." Runa and Viatorus get a smile too. "I'll see both of you later. Enjoy your trip to the laboratory."
"We will," Viatorus assures him excitedly. Once the Seer has shuffled off, humming to the music in the distance, Viatorus rocks on his heels and then starts moving down the hall. "Shall we? It's not too far."
"This building is a bit of a maze," Runa says quietly to Adia. "I'm lucky Viatorus knows his way."
Despite her hushed tone, Viatorus hears her anyway. Although he speaks to them both, his eyes are on the hall and the many paintings and sculptures that line it. "It feels small once you get used to it."
