Felix inclines his head to the Archon, paying only a little attention to how immediately he's gained Stathis' attention.

"It might be interesting to determine whether different places are more conducive to certain sorts of magic, as well as magic in general," he remarks. "Bloodline certainly plays a part in magical talent in Tamriel, but we believe there are other factors at work too. Chance, divine favor, the stars of one's birth..." He chuckles, looking between captain and Archon. "It seems we already have a dozen lines of inquiry, if we hope to unravel the nature of magic itself."
